TrustReach.Club provides a platform for businesses to list their services, products, and offerings to connect with potential customers and members of our community.

4.1 Listing Accuracy: Businesses listed on TrustReach.Club are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided in their listings, including business name, description, contact information, services offered, pricing, and any other details. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any business listing information.

4.2 No Guarantees: TrustReach.Club does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, or suitability of any products, services, or businesses listed on the platform. We do not warrant that any business listing is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. All business listings are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

4.3 Direct Transactions: All transactions, communications, agreements, and business relationships are solely between members and the listed businesses. TrustReach.Club is not a party to, and has no involvement in, any transactions or agreements between members and businesses. We do not facilitate payments, process transactions, or act as an intermediary in any business dealings.

4.4 Business Verification: While we may implement verification processes or badges for certain businesses, such verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the business's legitimacy, quality, or reliability. Verification is based solely on the information provided by the business and does not involve comprehensive background checks or due diligence.

4.5 Listing Modifications: We reserve the right to edit, modify, remove, or refuse to publish any business listing at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes listings that violate these Terms, contain false or misleading information, or are deemed inappropriate for our platform.

4.6 Business Responsibilities: Businesses listed on the platform are responsible for: (a) maintaining accurate and current listing information; (b) responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner; (c) fulfilling any commitments or promises made in their listings; (d) complying with all applicable laws and regulations; and (e) resolving any disputes directly with members.

4.7 Reviews and Ratings: Members may post reviews, ratings, and feedback about businesses listed on the platform. Businesses acknowledge that such reviews and ratings are the opinions of individual members and do not reflect the views or opinions of TrustReach.Club. We are not responsible for the content of any reviews or ratings.

5. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe, legal, and positive environment for all members, certain activities are strictly prohibited on TrustReach.Club. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to legal action.

5.1 False or Misleading Information: You are prohibited from posting, uploading, or transmitting any false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information, including but not limited to: false business credentials, fake reviews, misleading product descriptions, fraudulent testimonials, or any other content designed to deceive or mislead other members.

5.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communications: You are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages, spam, junk mail, chain letters, or any form of mass communication to other members. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional messages, advertisements, or solicitations sent without the recipient's consent.

5.3 Harassment and Abusive Behavior: You are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, stalking, or abusive behavior towards other members, businesses, or TrustReach.Club staff. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, discrimination, personal attacks, or any behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe environment.

5.4 Illegal Activities: You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to: fraud, money laundering, identity theft, distribution of illegal goods or services, violation of intellectual property rights, or any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

5.5 Unauthorized Access: You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other members' accounts, or any restricted areas of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: hacking, password mining, use of automated systems to access the Service, or any attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls.

5.6 Impersonation: You are prohibited from impersonating any person or entity, including but not limited to: other members, TrustReach.Club staff, representatives of businesses, or any other individual or organization. This includes creating fake accounts, using false identities, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

5.7 Intellectual Property Violations: You are prohibited from posting, uploading, or transmitting any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or any other proprietary rights. This includes using copyrighted material, trademarks, or other protected content without proper authorization.

5.8 Malicious Software: You are prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or distributing any viruses, malware, spyware, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code or software that could harm, disrupt, or damage the Service, other members' devices, or any computer systems or networks.

5.9 Data Mining and Scraping: You are prohibited from using automated systems, scripts, bots, or any other means to scrape, extract, collect, or mine data from the Service without our express written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, member information, business listings, reviews, or any other content available on the platform.

5.10 Commercial Use Restrictions: Unless expressly authorized by TrustReach.Club, you are prohibited from using the Service for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: reselling access to the Service, using the Service to promote competing platforms, or using the Service in a manner that competes with our business operations.

6. Intellectual Property

6.3 User-Generated Content: By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to the Service, including but not limited to business listings, reviews, comments, images, or other materials ("User Content"), you grant TrustReach.Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media format and through any media channels.

6.4 Trademarks: The TrustReach.Club name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TrustReach.Club or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrustReach.Club and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7.1 No Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7.4 Maximum Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Rewards, Contributions, and Investment Disclaimers

8.1 Non-Financial Benefits Only: All rewards, benefits, incentives, and perks provided through TrustReach.Club are exclusively non-financial in nature. This means that no rewards, benefits, or participation in any program on the platform will result in monetary returns, profits, dividends, interest payments, or any form of financial gain. Rewards may include, but are not limited to: discounts on products or services, exclusive access to events or content, recognition within the community, promotional offers, or other non-monetary benefits. Under no circumstances should any reward or benefit be construed as an investment opportunity or financial return.

8.2 No Investment Scheme: TrustReach.Club does not operate, facilitate, or participate in any form of investment scheme, investment opportunity, or investment platform. We do not collect money as investments, we do not promise or provide any returns on contributions, and we do not offer any financial products or investment services. The platform is designed solely as a community networking and business directory service. Any representation or suggestion that TrustReach.Club is an investment platform or offers investment opportunities is false and unauthorized.

8.3 No Collective Investment Scheme: TrustReach.Club explicitly declares that it is not a collective investment scheme as defined by any applicable securities laws or regulations. We do not pool funds from multiple contributors, we do not manage collective investments, we do not provide investment advisory services, and we do not facilitate any form of collective investment vehicle. The platform does not involve the collective investment of money with the expectation of profits or returns. Any activity that may appear similar to a collective investment scheme is not authorized by TrustReach.Club and should be reported immediately.

8.4 Community Owned Businesses - Voluntary Contributions: For community-owned businesses featured on the platform, any contributions made by members are strictly voluntary contributions only. These contributions are not investments and do not entitle contributors to any financial returns, profits, dividends, or monetary benefits of any kind. Contributors may receive non-financial rewards only, such as: discounts on products or services, early access to new offerings, exclusive community recognition, promotional benefits, or other non-monetary incentives. The decision to make a contribution is entirely voluntary, and contributors should not expect any financial return or profit from their contributions. All contributions are made at the contributor's own risk, and there is no guarantee of any specific benefits or rewards.

TrustReach.Club acts solely as a platform provider and does not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee any business transactions or relationships.

8.6 User Due Diligence: Members are solely and exclusively responsible for conducting their own comprehensive due diligence before: (a) engaging with any business listed on the platform; (b) making any contributions to community-owned businesses or any other entities; (c) entering into any agreements or transactions with businesses or members; (d) purchasing any products or services from listed businesses; or (e) participating in any activities, programs, or opportunities offered through the platform. TrustReach.Club does not verify, investigate, endorse, guarantee, or warrant the legitimacy, quality, safety, reliability, financial stability, legal compliance, or any other aspect of any business, product, service, or individual listed on or using the platform. Members should independently verify all information, check business credentials, review legal documentation, consult with professional advisors, and make informed decisions based on their own research and judgment.

8.7 No Financial Advice: TrustReach.Club does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. Nothing on the platform should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Members should consult with qualified professionals, including financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, or other experts, before making any financial decisions, investment decisions, or entering into any significant business transactions.
